Morning I'm off to work. Last day today, then I'm on hols for two weeks!!!

Hi everyone, To all the people with problems at the moment, I would just like to say that, I do read your posts and feel for you, but I am hopeless at finding the right words of encouragement, and a or just doesn't seem enough. Many others say exactly what I am thinking, only much better. I do know though, that life has a habit of turning things round just when you least expect it, so let's hope you are on your way to better times. Congrats to the new puppy owners, the pups are Wendy, I hope the first one out is you know who. and finally, hope the poorly peeps feel better soon.

Morning everyone, Had a good time at the party last night, but as it was for an 18yr old, I didn't know any of music they played. I'm trying very hard not to feel old RMF: today is my wedding anniversary and I am going out for lunch later with my OH .

The tiler has gone but so has my day Just got to tidy, clean and put everything back now. (apart from the cooker which will stay in the living room till we borrow a sack truck again ). I am going to a party tonight, so need to get ready for that too.

RMF: waiting for the tiler to finish off. Saturday is half gone and I need to go out.

The tiler is here and getting on with his work. Fingers crossed he will be finished by lunchtime. I can't shift my headache

I hope he's feeling better today.

The tiler came at 5.30, just to leave his tools. He's promised to be back tomorrow at around 8.30am. My head hurts now. Glad she's ok. for Marion and Kazz

I'm going out. The tiler didn't turn up so i phoned him. He is running "a few hours late" Thanks for letting me know! Anyway, he may be here around 4pm, which is the time I could've left work anyway, instead of wasting 1/2 day's holiday.

Morning everyone. Still raining here to all who are poorly or having tests and interviews today. I'm off to work now. Just half a day though as the tiler is coming this afternoon to do some work in my kitchen. I always feel very stressed when people come to do work in my house. Enjoy your break

It's stunning! Mine is getting tiled tomorrow, so almost there too. We've just had one. I was sitting with Spike because he's scared to bits, and forgot to shut the back door. OOOPs, now I have a flood!
