Phebe - the flat is bein repo'd as he hasnt made a payment on it for almost a year. I've paid my rent on time every month but I have been given a prelimary date of the flat being taken on 15th June - hence the reason why I was confused why he has given me a new lease

I may commit murder So the eejit turns up half an hour ago. Apparently he took out a secured loan on the flat last year and has 'run into trouble' with paying it back. He has promised it will get paid this week and the flat will be safe, I will not have to move. He brought my new lease for me to sign (6 months up today) but I have refused to sign it until I have spoken to the solicitor on Tuesday and in a few days to see if the debt has been settled.

Ello May I dont get angry very often but I have just stood outside my landlord's house ranting at his wife for 15 minutes. He is out apparently (hiding upstairs I bet!). She said there has been a misunderstanding and I won't have to move. I said did she want to explain that to the bailiff who turned up last night? she said landlord will contact me tonight, I have said if he doesnt I'm going to report him for fraud and get some legal advice. I am sick sick sick of being screwed around - mostly by fricking men! Men = root of all that goes wrong in my life. I rent privately but have popped into local agencies and got lists of dog friendly properties

Ive been onto shelter and they have given m the same advice. I'm gunna have to go back down south. I don't have the money to move again x

my flat is being repossessed. The landlord hasn't paid the mortgage for months. Court date 1st June. Had a letter from a solicitor, then a bailiff turned up an hour ago to give me the same letter. Very sympathetic, but we have to leave by 1st June. Landlord wouldnt answer phone, so my mum is taking me round tomorrow. I seriously seriously dont know how much more crap I can cope with.

well another bites the dust. Me and Chris have split up he's going to Afghanistan on Monday so isnt coming at the weekend. He decided its better for me if we stay friends. Urgh. I am becomin a nun.

Alex you have my sympathy with cars. I've not had mine for a week now! I originally gave up but a lad at work is fixing it. Again. Looks like uni might be back on. EDF have said I can cut my hours down from 37 to 30 and it wont be a major drop in pay either the course is only 3 days a week so I can work evenings and weekends Had a lovely walk in the fields behnd the house. Ive done all the skirting boards in the flat today, I'm getting some new laminate flooring down next week, so getting everywhere spruced up before Chris come. Eek.
