Well i did it, it was the hardest and most wonderful thing I have ever done in my life .. such a sense of acheivement - i am still collecting sponsor money in but it looks like with my employers matched fundraising I will have got about £300 for Oldies, I need to apply for the matched element so will look at that tomorrow when I can walk again :-) If anyone would like to send a pound or two over there is still time ... http://www.justgiving.com/Rebecca-Armstrong1 If everyone just put a pound in we could reach the £200 mark and get the total to £400 :-)

Hi everyone, I am back - yay!! I had a lovely final weekend and thanks to the amazing case study opportunities you have all given me I am ready for the final assessments which is very scary but exciting!! So i have just sent off for them today! This weekend focused on animals that have moved on and finding lost animals, both very different but good! the animals that have moved on was very interesting as it focuses on helping owners and animals moved on - i was thinking of going on a bereavement course but this gave me that in a way i could never have imagined, so insightful! The lost animals is also very interesting. Anyway until i have completed these final assessments I am going to continue doing the case studies for a £10 donation to Oldies, so please do spread word and let me know if you have friends or contact who would like it ... once i have qualified I will be charging £40 per consult and for every one I do I will have a standard £5 donation of whcih Oldies will be one of the main benficiaries (the customer will choose) so i am hoping to turn this into a regular income for Oldies to benefit from Your support is very much appreciated :-)

Hi I am really sorry _ i have mixed up my weekends and booked in people for next weekend (even though I am away) instead of this one, I have also done the same for Thursday and Friday next week (my course is on Thursday / Friday / Saturday and these are the days I have messed up) I am really sorry to those i have missed, I will rearrange you for either tomorrow or next week .. I am off work on Tuesday and Wed so can do daytime appointments as well as evening so hopefully a bit more flexibility I am in the process of emailing those affected but do drop me a line if i have missed you :-) Sorry again

Hi thank you for setting up this thread, it was such a lovely experience for Lucy to come through - dogs that have passed on can be communicated with but it wasnt something at that point I had done before and was something I was really really nervous about (both becuase of how i would cope but also its such a huge pressure and special thing for the person) - Lucy showed me that i can do this and it would be ok - to trust the dog and just be with that .. so i will always be very grateful to Lucy for that and to you Ellie :-) I did the course, having spent my working career in a corporate environment whcih was centred on if you can see it / prove it / read about it in a book it is true, i went on a coaching programme to be a professional coach (another business I am setting up now but with a very differnt focus than i expected when i signed up for that course) and it changed my whole life, it opened my mind to what is truly possible and more importantly what is truly important - Bright Paws was born on that weekend and I have been working to that ever since. I did reiki which was my first step into what was the unknown and decided to do animal communication - iwas drawn to it and it just felt right ... i was sceptical - about whether it was possible and then about whether i can do it .. .but it is the most uplifting experience and feels so right now - I KNOW it is possible - too much specific stuff happens and too much truth comes out!! I love this path now .. its one I am still exporing and feel like i will explore for th rest of my life and that feels good - the journey feels more important than the destination! I am doing these case studies across April in aid of Oldies, i will be offering them as a paid service from May but i am so grateful to OLdies followers for the experiences you have given me and for allowing me to learn with you that i will be offering a standard donation to charities (of whcih Oldies will be the default and top of list beneficiary) with every single one in hope it can bring in a monthly income even if only small :-) Becky :-)
