We just had salad for dinner, with our first salad crops of the year only herbs, lettuce and spring onions so far, but it's a start! RMF: I am burnt I was on a field trip with work today, and I had cream on but it was soooo hot I must have sweated it off. My shoulders are very sore.

<a pedant speaks> it's nothing to do with left/right brain, it's called the Stroop test and it measures executive function (i.e your frontal lobes). It's a very very useful neuropsychological test. It's measured by timing either how many words you can read in x minutes, or how long it takes you to read x words. People who have suffered brain damage to their frontal lobes (the bit behind your forehead) find it almost impossible. I'll get me coat now.

I found this information if I've calculated it right I think his max dose would be about 63mg, so a 50mg tablet should be fine.
