If its the same rescue and I think it is, they rehomed a dog that had been returned twice to an elderly couple. They could not manage the dog it pulled the man over. They also ask for money if you take the dog back. Like you say also no homechecks.

Well I thought my fostering days were numbered with returning to work, but Catherine found me Miss Molly so here she is. The last couple of foster dogs we have had here Murphy has not been impressed we put it down to the fact that he is 14 yrs young. This however is just not the case he just wants to be the man of the house This is Molly and Murphy in bed together (Molly is the black & white collie x) even Kassi does not dare get in bed with Murphy. Kassi was a little wary to start with as she likes to play with the boys. This morning though Molly and Kassi had a play Molly is the only foster dog that I have not seperated on the first few nights from the other two. She even gets on with the cat Miss Molly has the saddest eyes in the whole wide world but I think she likes it here. Lots of love and treats. She has met 6 new doggy friends today on a walk and was soooooooo well behaved. She is lovely xx

Patch is very lucky he is going to a rescue on Tuesday that has a home lined up for him I am really happy for him and a litttle sad for me

Sending healing thoughts

We were told by our vet that we were feeding Kassi too much. It was driving me insane telling him I was not. He tested her Thyroid and it was underactive. She has been on tablets now a couple of months and is a different dog Katie is lovely

I have taken the batteries out. I think we have tired him out

How cute am I!!!!! Still looking sooooooo cute. Will you put that camera away. I want to play. Ok I will pretend to go to sleep. The pictures do not show how small he really is. The bed is huge and both Kassi and Murphy can get in it and there still be room. Kassi is GSD X Murphy is Collie x

Just a little update on Patch. He is still very cute. He does most of his number one's on his puppy training mat and is nearly there with his number two's which I think is great for 8 weeks old . He has not been in the garden yet due to it being full of water we will be doing outside tomo. He slept in his crate last night in the bedroom and cried for ten mins before falling fast asleep. He woke us twice in the night to go to the loo. He loves Playing with Kassi and is giving Murphy a wide berth. I feel sorry for Kassi as he has very sharp teeth but she is teaching him to play without nipping. He is also happy to play on his own. I think he has been away from his mum awhile as he tries to suckle on your finger so I exchange my finger for a puppy bone or a toy. Otherwise it hurts I will update more later as I need to go get puppy kisses.

Look who has come to stay with us Just for size next to kassi. Having a look around.Its A bit big for me this bed. I think I will have a sleep its been a long long day.
