  10. Thank you for everyones messages on and off line and thanks Sarah for the beautifil poem, it just set me off again. I never have regretted taking on such a oldie dog and I know Tango has shown the world how much golden oldies have got to offer and how much they can enrich your life. Cindy
  11. It was the 17th October 2005 when you joined our family and changed it forever. Even on your first day at home you already showed us your cheeky side and stack your tongue out at every opportunity - You were so weak that you could hardly woddle 300 yeards down the road but with the TLC your foster mum started and we continued, it was only 4 weeks later when you enjoyed your first off lead run - Tango was a amazing embassdor for her breed but more so for all oldies in rescue as she helped us campaigning for the Oldies Club at Meet and Greets and Fun Dog shows. This picture was taken only 1.5 months after she joined us - Tango You had you batty moments - and your roaching moments - and you even won a Trophy for 'Best veteran' at the NSBTR weekend in April 2006. You enjoyed with us life, went camping with us and most importantly showed the world that Oldies have so much to offer. We will always miss you my little Tango, so play forever young at the Bridge until we meet again Cindy, Steve and Snatch
  12. Thanks everyone. I feel a little better today and once I don't blubber every 2 seconds I will post her tribute. Snatch is rather sad and has been looking for her this morning (he always woke her up with a snog) and seems a little listless. I hope he will pick up. Cindy
  13. Thanks Kerry and to everyone else.
  14. Thanks for everyones kind words and all the supporting and loving messages we received. Tango was indeed a very special girl who not only showed the world how lovely a staffy can be but also how much a oldie has got to offer. I am sure she is having fun at the bridge bossing Lady and Billy Boy around. Until we meet again my little angel. Snatchee is missing you too Cindy
  15. It is with great sadness to let everyone know that Tango has lost the battle she has been fighting. Tango fell asleep peacefully in my arms this afternoon. Run free my little angel, although only with us for a short while, you have shown us much love and affection. Have fun at the bridge Cindy

  17. Dear Melps, Thanks for your quick response. I had a look at those 12 berth tents but sadly they don't come in black and we all know black makes slim. I was pressured into posing like this but thank fully prior to the BBQ being switched on so no harm was done other than maybe to your eyes and for that I am very sorry. Is there no help at all for me? Can we not do anything? A very distraught Cindy
  18. I am sure Hollie would want you to celebrate your love. RMF: Only 45 minutes to go Hura Cindy
