Oooo likey new car very much! I have just quit a 20mile run half way through. My head and heart isn't in it, but I got to the start line which was impressive in its self after sleeping for 2 hours after parkrun yesterday. I have felt quite run down since coming back from Spain at Christmas and I can't seem to shake it. Ah well Back to the drawing board...

Nephew is called Freddie....however, they have called him baby bosh throughout the pregnancy so I think that might be hard to change for the older one as he is adamant that baby is called baby bosh!! You are welcome to keep the snow and hail ladies, we have blue skies and sunshine...and a freezing cold wind!! Looking out the window it is like spring, and my baby daffs are coming into bloom 🌻 Our on the way out sofa, Ben got secondhand years before he met me and we have been together for just over 10 years! So it has had a good innings. But you sink into the corners now which twists the spine / pelvis and Ben is spending more and more time at the osteo sorting it out!! I have too much in my head at the moment, so feeling a bit spaced out...

Morning I liked being 27. Hoping my 40's will be more optimistic 30's have been turbulent and not out of them yet. Lots to do today partially because we are getting a new sofa tomorrow 😄 hopefully it will sort out some of our back and shoulder problems here! Think we should have gone for a patterned cover so as not to show the cat paw prints so much, but we went for plain!! But it's all new and all ours! Off to phone a white van man to take the old one away tomorrow!

Am an Aunty again, my sister had her little one today. Early via a Natural birth which is exciting as she has had two c sections and was due a third one as you aren't meant to have a natural birth if you have had a c-section within the last year. She has a healthy little boy at about 7lbs 11. No name known yet...but I am very excited...xxx

Well done Wales! But definitely not a welshie. Wonder how yesterday went as my SIL is Welsh and MIL lives in France 😄 I am tired today, stupid premier inn. Think the room was too warm and I couldn't open the window to cool it down! Happy St David's day. It is sunny here at the moment and hopefully my daffs will be in flower soon. xxx

Today is likely to be work stressful, I note work stressful as really no one will die if the work doesn't happen, but it will be weeks of blaming and meetings to assign more blame which I'd like to avoid. But why, would my stakeholder only tell me yesterday that he will struggle to complete the document we have been working towards for the last 10days and that is needed today... 😣 means I was up late and early writing it for him! Hopefully it will be a nice surprise for him though this morning when he opens his mailbox...just have to review it and make any changes!! We have a smaller problem with muddy paws from our cats who like to mark our white bed linen when they come back in. We found white was better as at least we can bleach it clean. Luckily they don't mark the walls, apart from one corner where they all like to rub their mucky chins...they only started doing it when we had new wall paper put up... Wow, just opened the curtains and it is bright and sunny outside!! Sorry to hear about your day Sam. Hope today is better. xx

Funny how different the weather can be on our little island! I came out of a meeting and had to walk to the car and it was torrential. Of course now I have walked and driven in it, it has stopped raining 😄 We bought a nutribullet, I think it is an expensive blender but Ben was sold the idea by some of his cycling buddies. We've been having a juice in the morning for a week now and it is certainly helping me feel healthier and more awake. I put spinach or kale in it with fruit so a great way to get nutrients into me. The drinks taste quite good as well considering i just chuck anything into it. One day I might follow some of the recipes but at the moment I am trying to use up Ben's excessive fruit purchases... Yantan, I swear Archie has a better social life than me 🐾🐾🐾💖

My manager is away this week. I am having conversations with his counterparts, I feel he is much nicer to them than I am. The technical PM wanted the business plan, I asked for his, he said no so I said no! He argued, I asked if he could hear what the conversation sounded like...we agreed to not share plans and that I'll get his from someone else!! My managers boss has just told me it's "unfair" that he has to have daily calls with the business as they don't trust delivery...I said I fully understand their concerns! It's easier when you don't want to stay to say the things needed to make things work. I can't even be bothered to laugh or cry I am just truly shocked by the childlike behaviour of my colleagues.
