  1. But your kitchen is nice! Tell him to leave it alone!
  2. I'm sure a lot of us have done that. I did it once, I had about a quarter of a tank and started putting diesel in. I realised after about a fiver and stopped. Paid for it. Then filled the rest of the tank with petrol. The diesel was a small percentage so caused no harm Errr, if the garage say the engine needs to come out go to a different garage. That is certainly not the case! There are multiple places that the fuel lines could be split to drain the tank. First point would be where the fuel line attaches to the tank. Next spot would be where the fuel pump is, and then there is the point where it comes into the engine compartment. If the garage thought about it they could fund any number of ways to get the fuel out - unless they want to fleece you for a lot of money. Again, don't worry. You will still have been using fuel that is in the fuel lines and not from the tank. I think between the lines and the fuel pump you will have half a litre leeway minimum. Just moving to a space probably didn't even empty the fuel pump. Hope you get it sorted
  3. Mel, if you are weird then it is in the best possible way. I don't think you are weird but then again people say I am so maybe I'm not the best judge ;) And you are most certainly not the ugly mate either. And you cope with the shows very well indeed. Although I think amber helps sometimes

  5. Thanks. I hadn't thought of them but if today keeps going on like it is I will be considering it. To be honest is is not realy my insurance company that are the problem, but the garage the car is at for repairs and the car hire company. They have fekked up and now they won't get in touch to sort it out. The insurance company have been onto them twice today but they still have not rang Edited to add Baileys Truffles are really nice.

  15. got hire car now. Paid for a nissan almera But they were very apologetic because they had to give me a different car (Prev customer broke the almera). They apologised while giving me a top of the range Primera estate. Such hardships I have to endure. Going to pop to the NHS centre later I think

  18. I think is ia fair to say that every child is not guaranteed to degrade dining experience because of their behavour, in fact far from it. But this doesn't rule out the fact there is always a chance... So what I am not quite understanding is what is wrong with a diner in a restaraunt being guaranteed a meal that will not be degraded by the behavour of a child (by the restaraunt owner not allowing them)? A thought that popped into my head from another question... If a restaraunt opened up and you arrived with you children to find a notice on the door saying 'No children under the age of 12*' how would you react? And if you don't have children and saw the same notice what would your reaction be? *example age, any age can be considered for the purposes of debate.
