  2. I've been given permission to post this video by Gina, she says "This is a story of my rescue dog's life so far. Cas was rescued at the age of 6 months and is now just about 8 years old, to celebrate her life so far and to show what you can do with a rescue I have made this vid. " Isn't Cas lovely and so clever Cascade

  5. Do you only want to do UKA shows? If so I've had a look at the ISS Diary, are you considering Scrambles (April and Sept), Prested Hall (not to far if you were considering Brentwood), West Sussex (bothin April), GT Agility (Newbury), KATS (Aldershot) (both in May), HJ Agility (Oxford, I think it's Amaranth's club?), GT Agility (Newbury) (both in June). Otherwise I can certainly suggest some nice southern KC shows?
  6. Just finished On Chesil Beach by Ian McEwan and today started We Need to Talk About Kevin by Lionel Shriver
  7. Hi, The Environmental Protection Act 1990: s149(1) "Every local authority shall appoint an officer (under whatever title the authority may determine) for the purpose of discharging the functions imposed or conferred by this section for dealing with stray dogs found in the area of the authority." HTH
  8. I just watched a documentary on BBC4 that my friend was associate producer on, i'm so proud of her! My thoughts go to everyone who has had bad news today
  9. I suddenly realised tonight that I haven't seen the video camera since I took it to agility 3 Mondays ago. I'm certain I remember taking it out of the school and back to the car, but I can't remember what I've done with it! It's not in the car and i've turned the house upside down looking for it. OH is angry with me now
  10. I have major uni deadlines and my immune system has laid me up with Bronchitis since Tuesday and i'm no better yet
  11. That's great, well done to you and Merlyn!
  12. Post below which shows you are going to, and Gooster or I will add you to the list
  13. If you want to meet up with any other agility people at shows for a gossip and coffee, add a post to this thread saying what shows you are going to (with a date if they are not already listed) and I will keep editing the list so we can see who will be where and when

  15. Not many people took part in the table in 2007 so I'd like to know if people want one in 2008. Since I'm in the final year of my degree and am rather busy atm, if we do have a table and you would like to run it, please volunteer!
  16. Hi Jules, I think the agility competition at AAD is now run under UKA rules, therefore you will need to register with them at UKAgility if you want to compete there. For KC shows, this page on the KC website should provide you with all the info, forms and links you need. Take a look at Agilitynet and Agility Addicts as well, and you can get to the agility forum from both of those sites too. HTH xx
  17. You have my sympathy! I'm having the same issue jamming together 3000 words on 'Critically evaluate the management approaches in relation to the use of Health Impact Assessments by the Belfast Healthy Cities Project'
  18. Well since I'm so snowed under with coursework I seemed to get this uncontrollable urge to spend ages making a video - enjoy!
