Its not just me then...bit worrying isnt it

I decided to have a quick dip into DP and got their main page ok but as soon as I clicked on forums I got a black screen with red writing and a scull & crossbones saying it was "Hacked by Elias, RST - Romainia Security Team" Does this mean I might have probs with my PC or is it just gonna affect DP (cos I can live without DP but not my PC ) Anybody else getting the same or is it just me?
