Alicia
Hello I would really like to do a fun dog show in aid of a rescue, but I'm not quite sure how to go about it. I know that some rescues have insurance that would cover a fundraising event like this, do you know if most rescues would have the insurance to cover it or is it not many? Also, I don't know how to find somewhere to have it, obviously it needs to be somewhere suitable for the type of event it is. Also, as its a fun dog show, I don't know who should judge it and where I can find people to judge it? Edited December 3, 2010 by Alicia
Happylittlegreensquirrel
Hi Alicia What a lovely thing to want to do , fundraising is such an important thing for rescues especially nowadays Do you have an idea which charity or rescue you want to raise money for ? they might have all the insurances you need , plus ideas on locations and other volunteers to help you as these types of events are often arranged by a team ( there is so much to do ) I am sure who ever you choose to help will be delighted to hear from you Sam
