Well done to you all I have now lost another 2 pounds which makes 18 pounds in 4 months. I know it is not a huge amount like some of you are managing but I feel good

Another 2 pounds off for me

I have now been losing for three months and have lost 7 inches in total and a whole one stone That was my initial target but I am now hoping to carry on and lose a bit more This is me

I have now lost another 2 pounds so that is 12 in total

When I had a problem with a different company, I contacted my Bank for advice as I paid with my Debit Card. I was sent forms for a Charge Back to my Card.

I have never ever been a size 12 I am a 16 and would be quite happy at a 14

Can I ask a personal question please Were those of you that have lost a large amount of weight heavy to begin with. The reason I am asking is that I have been dieting for the last 8 weeks and have lost 10lbs which I am pleased with but I would like it to come off a bit faster. I started at 11stone 12 lbs and am now 11 stone 2 lbs I would like to get to about 10.5 but at the rate I am going it will take ages to achieve

I can fully understand that you do not want surgery I put one dog through it but never again. I cannot understand the no more painkillers bit though In the past I have had dogs on long-term Steroids or Metacam to keep them pain free until the end. I have never had a Diabetic dog though so perhaps this is why the Vet is hesitant. I hope Charlie stays happy for a long time to come

I have not had any personal experience as my lot came from independent Rescues but from what I have heard they are usually good and are well thought of in Basset circles.

My Peri menopause went on for 10 yearsand the last 2 years were the worse.I had very irregular periods sometimes every two weeks,sometimes lasting 6 weeks. It was a real pain as I always had to be prepared as I never knew when they might start. I have now been Period free for 2 and a half yearsand have had no symptoms what so ever.I have never had a Hot Flush and feel great.I have never taken any medication Herbal or otherwise. I am 54 now so I was 52 when my Periods finished.
