This man has allowed his dogs, a rott and a bull breed, to attack other dogs and obviously couldn't care less. Police and park rangers have been informed. After an incident to which police were called, when the dogs attacked 2 collies, he showed the finger to the collies' mum when the police let him drive away. He couldn't care less that one collie had run off in terror.
