The competition will open at 9am on the 1st and close at 9pm on the 14th. Entries into the competition cost £1 per class or 6 for £5. There will be rosettes for winners placed 1st-4th with 1st and second places also winning a prize. The categories this year are! Never forgetting (bridge pets) Sharing a moment (group photos of pets) In many forms (other pets which are not dogs) A gorgeous girl A handsome boy Ageless (oldies) New beginnings (pups under 12 months) Seeing past prejudice (for the misunderstood breeds ) Brave ( those who have overcome difficulty injury or other) Friends of the Animals RCT (all dogs who have been adopted through FOARCT) Rescue (all dogs who have been adopted through rescue but not FOARCT) and our final and new category..... Someone special (rescue workers who deserve a medal) This year we have added an extra special category called ‘Love is someone special’ for nominations of special people who work and do so much for animal rescue. This category is open to anyone who would like to nominate a rescue worker (from any area of animal rescue) who they think has gone that extra mile and done so much for the animals over the last 12 months. Each person can be nominated only once and we would like to hear why you think they should be nominated. Photos aren’t a must but it would be nice ;). FOARCT Coordinators are excluded from nomination.
