kola Posted October 25, 2008 Report Share Posted October 25, 2008 Heard that due to case lost at the Court of Appeal, the ban remains in Ontario, there is a court ruling posted up on the DLCC web site (sorry don't have the link to hand) understand that an Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada is being considered.
