Lainey Posted August 28, 2008 Report Share Posted August 28, 2008 If anyone has one get all your statements down to an accountant, they have been taking a higher percentage of interest than they should have and ripping people off My oh has one and took all his statements to his accountant. He did a few calculations and confirmed that they have been taking more than the stated percentage. so he has passed it all straight over to a Barrister who is dealing with it.
