Wiggy

Recommended Posts

Please meet WIGGUM aka WIGGY, an English Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross, male, approximately 8 months old. He is white in colour with brindle patches and is a smallish size. When he first came in to our care he had a very very bad skin condition that had been left untreated for some time and he was in some obvious discomfort. After numerous trips to our vet and a skin biopsy, he was diagnosed as having demodectic mange. This is fortunately an easily treatable condition and he is now well on his way to recovery (as you can see in the 2nd picture). He also had inturned eyelashes on one eye and he needed surgery for that. Wiggy is currently in a foster home with 2 other dogs, children and a cat. Here is what his foster carer has to say about him: very loving, house trained, crate trained, great with kids although excitable, eats well, loves to play fetch, gets on with dogs/cats, loves walks and walks quite well on lead, loves a soft blanket to curl up on, loves everybody he meets, loves cuddles and rolling in the grass, great in the car and bath, likes being groomed, loves chews, loves to sit on your knee, playful, quiet at night in his crate, a little star! He is now neutered and vaccinated and is looking for his forever home, we can't understand why he is still looking!! Can you help Wiggy and offer him a forever home?
