babsc71 Posted May 8, 2008 Report Share Posted May 8, 2008 Kiefer was saved from an Irish pound. He is approx 18 months old, has recently been neutered and has been given up to date vaccinations. He has a lovely temperament, is good with other dogs but when he first arrived he was rather amorous. He is now improving fast after his little op and does respond to "no". His education has been rather neglected but he is a quick learner. He knows the basic commands and his recall is fairly good. Now 99% house-trained. This photo was taken whilst in kennels in Ireland and he has since had those thick mats removed from his ears. Kiefer is very good with children but can be a little too boisterous for under 5's. He has been kindly fostered and child tested with Sally (DaisyMissy) in Lincolnshire but will be coming back to us in the next few days. Poor boy was recently attacked by 2 GSD's which left him with a nasty wound but this has been treated by the vet and is healing nicely. A home check and a donation to help with costs will be required please.
