raiye Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Gertie is a small crossbreed. Coming up to 6months old now. Gertie hasnt had a good start in life. Her mum is a medium sized cross breed. Grandad is a collie cross. Dad was one of the pups from that litter. Her home life wasnt good either. Her owner a violent drunk that paid little attention to little Gertie. This has made her a little nervous of men and she will wet herself at times if she feels 'cornered'. She has a fair bit of baggage but is still a baby and very eager to learn and play. Gertie. Gertie loves the company of other dogs, and would really benefit from a playfriend/s to help show her the joys of life and to take leadership from. Currently living with 6 other dogs, also cat friendly and she adores children. Gertie adores being out and about. Her recall is faultless and she loves to share the wonders of the world with you. She is such a darling happy little girl that is full of life and still has enough courage to explore. She is clean in the house, happily crated but would prefer a space on someones bed. Gertie is being rehomed with the help of K9 rescue following a succesful homecheck and adoption agreement.
