tootsmazza Posted November 16, 2007 Report Share Posted November 16, 2007 Sammy, a five-year-old white brindle greyhound went missing in the Langbank area around 6.30am yesterday (Thursday, Nov 15). He was wearing a green and yellow tiger stripe fleece and may have his black muzzle on. Sammy is very friendly and food-orientated, good with big dogs but exciteable around small dogs and cats. It is not like Sammy to stray far and is possible someone has taken him in. He had been hit by a car and taken in by a Good Samaritan, thanks to all Sammy is currrently with one of the Greyhound Awareness League foster volunteers because he needs crate rest. He has some leg injuries that are being assessed, but no breaks thankfully. The good Samaritan took him to a vet for initial treatment and he was in a cat and dog home who hd the good sense to contact GAL.
