  1. Lots of beautiful throws, collars and leads etc in the sale. Well worth popping in for. I've already bagged myself some lovely goodies.
  2. Euro is gorgeous too. Yes, I think he's a bit more anxious and shy than our two ladies, bless him. I owe Tammy an email as well. She told me about you and Skye at the time I adopted Lady Di and I recognised you from the Oldies Club. I must tell her we had a chat. She'll be delighted that the old girls are getting on so well. She was very attached to them.
  3. Hi Kaye, Yes that's right, I'm Cathy. I don't know whether you can see it in the pics but in reality Di looks very like Skye. She too is very stocky and has a massive hairy coat with short legs. Just like Skye, she is pure dote. Yes indeed, Dolly and Di were sisters. Dolly got rehomed last year. I think Di is around 12 or 13 - I'm sure I remember Tammy saying that Di was Skye's Mum. Dolly and Di were the two orginal collies on the farm. It's wonderful to hear about Skye. She sounds like she has very much the same type nature as Di. It brings a tear to my eye to think how well they have both adapted to everything and how much they are enjoying all their creature comforts these days.
  4. Hi Kaye, I adopted Lady Di from Tammy at the start of the year. She's related to Skye but not sure how - I think she may be her Mother. Here is a pic of her in Tammy's before we adopted her. Here she is now - taken this evening with mobile phone so not a great pic. She's such a dote, a real character. We love her very much. So lovely to see pics of Skye.
  5. This is Molly. We managed to get her out of Dundalk Pound in Ireland, in the nick of time. She has many health problems but is so grateful for her second chance and enjoys every minute of life . We fostered her orginally but couldn't let her go. She is a dote and we love her so much. Edited to add: Not an oldies Club dog but definitely an Oldie dog. :o)
  6. Thankyou everyone for your kind words. They mean a lot. The house is awfully quiet these nights, without his squeaky wheel. He was such a small little chap but was a real character. We will never forget him . . .
  7. Oh Simikins. My own wee hammy went to the bridge yesterday. It's so very upsetting to have to say Goodbye, isn't it. Another little angel in heaven tonight.
  8. My wee Black Bear hamster went to the bridge this morning. He was such a comical character and very much loved. I have been in bits all day. Goodnight little Hammy. We miss you terribly already.
