firstly, sorry to the mods and pingu. Had i not posted this wouldn't have happened. i take full responsibility for that. I now have a block on my telephone for withheld numbers, and i've blocked the email addresses. the emails have been forwarded to the relevant isp people. And our email address will change in approx 10 days according to our new isp. I will speak to the police but doubt they will help as i've not directly been threatened. But i WILL ring them. Thankyou for all your support it means a lot

could they be a member then? or have someone reading it to them? i'm all paranoid now i am also really blonde with isp's. the emails come up from who sent them.

It's B.T. i've spoken to someone about half an hour ago. they said they would have a look into but it's still ringing i've switched the ringer off now but i can still see it when someone is ringing as it flashes. You'd think people would have better things to do with their time

i've got caller id on my phone. but i didn't actually 'click' for the first 4 or 5 calls. it just says call on the screen. so now i''m not answering any calls that are with held. it's ringing every 5 minutes. i have kept the emails and am just looking up how to report them to their isp. rspca chappie was very nice. i've not had much dealings with them before and was terrified when he knocked on my door. i can't actually 'prove' who it is.

we've now progressed to ringing my phone and hangin up when i answer. of course the number is withheld And a visit from the rspca

oh god no!!!!. it's not a dog related forum. the really annoying thing is that i have met them. they have been to my house and met my kids. i've spoken to them on the phone god knows how many times. i'm not good at meeting people face to face as i get all nervous and show myself up so to actually meet someone i met on an internet forum was a big deal for me. ho hum never mind. i won't be doing that again.

i'm changing internet suppliers. AOL is doing my head in. we're paying for broadband but are no quicker than dial up i am getting some really nasty emails from someone i thought was a friend. They are really nasty and horrible. i blocked them but they are now using other people who i thought were friends too to send them too. it just goes to show. people you befriend on the internet are never quite what they seem
