Am so not keeping up at the moment. Work is busy was in at 7am today. Elections looming zzzzzzzzzzzzz
Snow Im fine driving in Cardiff its the itty bitty valleys roads that freak me out.

Alot of our fosterers feel like that when their foster dog goes to their new home. I think some feel that way every time and then some dogs more than other will pull on the heart strings. I think at the end of it the fosterer think they have done a good job the dog has gone off to a new home and they can now turn their attentions on the next poor soul who needs a temporary home.
We temporarily fostered a JRT X for a week before he went to his foster home and my parents considered keeping him but we couldnt offer the home he required.

Lovely day yesterday where we managed to get down to beach at Ogmore. Expected it to be packed as kids still off and nice weather but it was really quiet. Louie had a riot running around with the other dogs and playing ball.
Busy bee today. Been to do a homecheck in forest of dean and them up to near Cheltenham where one of our supporters was having a stand for Oldies Club. Louie came 3rd in most appealing eyes. Was nice to go to show and not be the one manning the stall for a change.

Am aching like crazy. Have been at the Big Cheese this weekend fundraising for Oldies Club. All humans and doglets are completely shattered and spending today recovering we made £564.56 so its will worth the tiredness, sore muscles and sun burn (oops).

A ferryload of Romanian dogs have come over today to go to a few UK rescues. One has gone missing at handover at Stafford Services. She was very stressed in her crate so transport volunteer suggested moving whole crate inc dog into her care. Transporter bloke refused opened crate to get dog out and it bit him and has run off. Couple of friends have been out searching and setup dog trap but nothing so far.
Havent been on her alot recently so hello to all

Started looking at jobs as Im getting stir crazy in mine and the evaluation team feel the need to drop the grade of my job (appeal is in but I dont hold out much hope) Its clear that Im totally in the wrong job!! The one for refuse collection driver is a whole grade above what mine is being set to! The fact they dont take their work home with them and dont have to work stupid hours has really hacked me off.

Have felt at a loose end all weekend after deciding to cancel camping. Went to an event yesterday morning but it was so quiet and weather was rubbish we only stayed an hour or so.
Took Louie for a long walk this afternoon. The Taff is so high at the moment. Normally there is a little beach and Louie can have a paddle. I kept him on his long lead as precaution when he went in the water.

Had busy weekend. Car boot sale on Saturday which made £62.08 for Oldies Club then heading off to Wiltshire for the Bowood Show on the Sunday. Started overcast and dry but soon we had drizzle and showers. Still managed to make £148.29
We also saw Wendy and Wiggle there. Could really have done with a lie-in this morning but sadly wasnt to be. Am v tired bunny this morning.

Congratulations on Rob getting the job Snow. The job Im currently in I thought I had totally messed up the interview and was totally dumbfounded when they offered me it lol.
