  1. Hi Oh Len's as happy as larry and passes his vet check ups with flying colours. We do a lot of running and even some cani-cross together. Just a veggie dog not being something you bump into everyday (well I do here but the same ones with people far more fundamentalist than me) I'm always interested in other people's experiences and tips. I do know a couple of people who have vegan cats, on ami-cat now though they've had them for years, but I'm never had cats as pets myself so have no experience cheers
  2. Hi I usually like quiet places - often go winter camping in the hills - but this does make me wonder whether despite the prompting I get whether it's worth going for a forum on the main site I manage. I always struggled with the idea of liking animals but being willing to have them bred to eat. For me that's easy, I went veggie many years ago. But I've been delighted since being at my current job where we sell a couple of complete veggie foods for dogs, and through that and talking to people here, discovering the range of foods available at veggiepets, to not have to buy meat for my dog, Len, whilst being able to give him a nutritional diet. When we first got him he had been was well undernourished and more interested in the notion of regular food than what it was but 3 years on his appetite remains undiminished for anything that hits the bottom of his bowl or is otherwise offered. Anyone else out there with helpful advice or comments. (Afraid stop will only happen if someone demonstrates to me a convincing medical reason for doing so but you're welcome to your opinion). cheers, Steve
