  1. Do bear in mind though that Ange has weird feet :smile_anim: . Loads of people (including me) find the boots she bought were fine - so chances are that other brands will rub her peculiar feet when they dont' rub other people's .

If you are suggeseting another brand, might be worth mentioning what shape your feet are so she can assess if hers are similar...?

Mine are wide, and muck boots fit me nicely. I think Ange said hers were narrow and long though, so maybe that's where the problem lies.

I agree totally with you, I have wide feet and from the start my Muck Boots have been like slippers.

  2. Ah I didnt know there was a walk going on there, thats where I used to live before getting married and now live in Leics. We used to keep our ponies in the fields immediately surrounding the castle before the water which would have been the moat I suppose !

Lovely pictures of lovely dogs. Mum and Dad still live there, could have called in for a cuppa!

Hope Cherry feels better soon x

  3. I use easibed on the base of my run. You will find it at horse tack shops, animal feed merchants. It seems to absorb the poo, keeps odours to a mnimum as it has eucalyptus oil in it whick keeps the flies away. I do a whole run change every month. Its great. It composts down reallt quickly too.

  4. Sedalin paste works brilliant.Bumble had it when he was on box rest, result was one sleepy pony who didn't have a care in the world

I have used it on a nervous youngster to clip and it worked well. A friend used one and a half syringes on her show cob and he was still hypo.Vet said it doesn't work on all of them and this is obviously right!

  5. morning

its dull and damp here this morning .... and typically for the forecast I have just seen for the rest of the week shows lovely sunshine and a lot warmer .... typical when kids go back to school, and me back to work :(

can anyone tell me what the difference is between an Alsation and a German Shepherd?

    Is the GSD fur longer?

:GroupHug: for you that need them

Elaine: think we should have a piccie of your new hairdo !!

There is no difference, they are the same. Originally called German Shepherds then over time changed to Alsatians and now referred more to German Shepherds, think thats sort of right but same dog at the end of the day!

  6. Nice shoes!!!

I decided not to come as since Woody was attacked by Henry,he is fear aggressive of other dogs and its a nightmare. He was so friendly before and I am desperate to try and overcome this problem.Thank goodness he is fine with Harry and Jess still.

Didnt rain after all did it?! Lovely photos.

Alison do you know any behaviourists in the East Mids you can recommend please?

    Thanks,

    Suzanne
