  1. Dear Brazen,

The only reason anyone goes to weddings is for the free food and drink, so you won't need money!

Having looked closely at the picture you sent I would strongly suggest that you DO NOT go naked.

Some people can get away with nudity but you I'm sad to say, cannot.

I know you didn't ask for beauty tips but really dear you should have. Has anyone ever mentioned your eyebrows? and those eyelashes are clearly false.

I'm sure that with my expert help we can get you looking half decent but it's going to be a long haul and certainly not by next week. For the wedding I'd suggest a nice green outfit to match your skintone. If you really have no money I'll order something for you from Yeomans. Please let me know if you require a 4 berth or an 8 berth.

    Tactfully yours

    Melps

PS, I didn't mention the teeth as I would hate to be insensitive.

I appreciate your not mentioning my teeth - though the surgery has improved matters somewhat they're not quite the all american smile I was hoping for. Still, it's better than last year, when they poked through an unsightly hole in my cheek.

Given your concerns about my make up (it's hard to get that naturally glamourous balance), do you think perhaps a large gbrown sack, worn over my head, draping to the floor might be more appriopriate attire? That way I will be inconspicuous and nt upstage the bride? I could cut a whole in it to eat and drink through, though scattering confetti, raising a glass and giving the best man a helping hand at the end of the evening may prove a little difficult.

Thanks for your kind and generous advice...

  2. Beautiful photos guys, and very big :GroupHug: :GroupHug: :GroupHug: for those missing babies :mecry:

It's a very close run thing between one of Herself cuddling Archie (bridge puddytat) when they were babies and this one - but this wins because I love the way it puts two fingers up to everyone who says bull breeds are nasty and savage. It just sums her up, too  - so interested in everything, and so full of life

  3. Now I'm gonna be a bit controversial and everyone's gonna hate me :( . But still...

I leave maddie outside shops occasionally.

Never for more about 2 minutes if I have to drop off a library book or go grab, say a bottle of water, a loaf of bread or some milk or summat, and never if she's out of my eyeline whilst I'm in the shop. But one of our regular walks is to collect bread and bacon and milk on a saturday morning... I live in teh city centre where there aren;y shops gfor quite a way and I don't have a car, so even shopping for essentials is hard, and has to be done on foot, so we team it up with a walk to make it less foul. And if I left her at home when running errands, she'd miss lots of walks and wouldn't spend as much time with me.

I must stress that she is always left on a petloc lsecure lead, not tied up to a railing or whatever And that I'd never leave her it was busy, I'd never leave her outside a supermarket whilst I did a full on shop and I'd never leave her if there are loads of people around, if it's raining, or if there are other dogs or children around.

HOWEVER - I of course hate to see dogs looking stressed and upset outside shops/resuturatnts where they've blatantly just been left for ages :( - I just think there's a big difference between leaving your dog for a couple of minutes whilst keeping an eye on him or her.
