I have heard that the appeal is timetabled for 12th November though it appears likely that it will be adjourned to a later date to enable all witnesses to attend. The Company of Animals website - http://www.companyofanimals.co.uk/abcnews.php - has said it will post news on Bruce's appeal in due course.
