Sorry if I got your hopes up with posting as I can't offer Arctic a home. I just wanted to say very well done for rescuing her out of that horrible situation and wish you lots of luck in finding her the perfect home. She looks and sounds such a lovely girl that hopefully it won't be too long before you do.

Just bumping this thread. Is there anyone at all out there who would be able to represent the Oldies Club at this walk? As Regional Co-ordinator for Surrey, it comes under my area but is still quite a distance for me to get to
but would be great for us to attend especially as they have chosen us as their charity of the year as well -

Its a lovely idea but don't think would work on a practical level as most of the people I am hoping to come, i.e. my volunteers and members of the dog training club I help out at are in this area are in this area and would probably prefer not to have to travel further out and I know you have already had some interest and suggestions for places to walk elsewhere that is convenient for others.
You and Tess are more than welcome to come along though if you can, as are any other fugees that would like to. I will try to come up with a more definite plan shortly

Hi, just to pick up on something from Ian's link which is the purity of the glucosamine.
I know its for you and not a dog but when I was talking about glucosamine with my vet the other day she pointed out that there are different purities of glucosamine in different tablets which sometimes relates to the price and could mean that some tablets are more effective than others. I'm thinking this would be the same for all glucosamine tablets so just something for you to consider.
