  1. after my car accident I have been left with two tender lumps, one on my shin bone and one on my forearm. They are surrounded by a bruise like darkening of the skin but as its weeks now since the accident is obviously not a bruise. The doc says he thinks its necrotic fat. He says everyone has a layer of fat under their skin (me more than most) and if you hit it hard enough it dies and can take up to a year to disperse. As they are quite irritating and hurt to touch or catch on anything I was wondering if anyone else has heard of or had any experience of this? x

i can vouch for that....I fell over a guy rope at a country show (sober) and hit my shin on the metal stake....I was 3 years before that lump disappeared still tender to this day.

  2. thank you :)

this morning she had her usual morning wee in the garden but again waited an hour until we went on our morning walk and then literally 2 mins down the path she did her poo.

    bless her

I think it bothers me more for when she goes to stay with my ex or my parents when I go on holiday ...... as they will be ones to put her out in the garden for 'toilets' until the time they want to take her for a walk, which may be much later than she is used too.

Obviously I will tell them what she is like and trust them to do whats necessary.

    Hi natalie

Our Judy is a bit like that, although if I have done the paths with biological washing liqued she goes no problem i can only assume from that its a teritorial thing and not wanting to pee over her brothers or sisters smell I dontr know just a thought

  3. If you are supposed to be doing something for someone and you are feeling terribly guilty because you haven't done it yet but are frivolling on a forum instead, and you know you really should get on with it but instead are reading RMF?

Not that I've ever done that. Honestly.... :blush02:

   I totally get that

  4. I have been anonymous a couple of times, when I have lost a furry baby and can't yet deal with the Fugees kindness  but want to be around them sort of thing :flowers:

    jackiesan

never thought of mobile.....I have an orange phone with a quarty key board if you would like it that way you could reply :D :D

  5. On the other hand they could be popular people with loads of friends on the forum or on one of the instant messenger progs who want a bit of quiet time without wanting to offend people by saying "I don't want to talk to you right now" - it's all well and good not turning on your messenger or signing in to that "invisible" but if you then show up logged into a forum it reveals that you are indeed online after all. Everyone is entitled to some quiet time or personal space but not everyone is respectful of that.

Now there is something I didnt think about...I have just in the last 24 hours learned to use messanger so it didnt croos my radar...GHood Point

  6. erm...paranoid people sitting there to see if others are talking about them? people who have said they'll never come on the forum again for whatever reason but can't resist having a peek? people who want to speak to someone without someone else knowing they've been on? erm.....  don't know really!

I suppose :( weird :( sad really when you look at it like that.....it takes all kinds I suppose

  7. do members sit on the forum anonymously? serious question I really don't understand...If your a member why not just come on your among friends after all.

This is not meant to be controversial or having a poke at anyone, I can understand Mods so they can just observe but not us ordinary folks.

    I am curious...........polite answers only please :D

  8. no matter what we try will bark Bark to announce you have moved a muscle, bark to announce he has heard a noise or another dog has done something, bark just to let you know he is there.

Trouble is sometimes its valid...if a dog has hidden in the shrubs and i have shut the door Billy will tell us before the other dog will

What can i do to sort this......he never just barks for thehell of it..........Help me

  9. should have also so said they dont allow dogs in tents but if you do park your tent be prepared for the resident cats to climb in and cuddle you during the night or bring you presents of recent catches so to speak

Anyway if you own a static here you can take your dogs but they cant be rented ouut....the owner has 2 for rent but doesn't allow dogs BUT If you have a tourer then you can take your dogs....There is a private beach...a menagerie of rescued goats, sheep, chickens ducks and wild swans that nest every year....a heron that comes and visits too...there are woodland and coastal walks and loads to do near by like walk to Johnshaven for a pint and taxi back for £6....
