Happy Birthday Loki!!

Hi She was absolutely fine, we left the radion on for her and I gave her a treat as I left, she didn't seem to mind us going at all. Lady was much better last night to, one bark and then she settled down for the night. Its really nice to see how she is settling in (usually on the sofa) or getting us to chase her round the house. Also the advice received here as been really helpful so thank you very much. I will keep you posted on she is getting on Clare x

Hi Everyone Lady is settling in well, she had a few barks last night when we put her to bed but soon settled down (after about an hour!) Today she has just been relaxing, lying on the sofa watching some TV, we went out today and left her for a while but the excited reception we got when we came back more than made up for it. I am however a little nervous about tomorrow as we are back at work, I have booked the afternoon off! Luckily I only work 5 minutes away from home so will be going home for lunch every day to make sure she is ok and take her for a lap in the park, I have just been on the phone to my dad (to give Mick's ear a rest) venting my worries about leaving her and he told me she would be fine. Lady has arrived............ She is gorgeous, and completely ecstatic to be here (I hope) she has investigated every room, done a few circuits of the garden and been on a couple of walks. I think she may actually be asleep now. Will take some photos and post them in the next couple of days.

Hello Just thought you would like to know that the home check went well and I shall be knocking on the door of the Blue Cross tomorrow morning at 10 am to take Lady home. Will keep you all updated

Hi Thought you would like to know that me and my husband are adopting Lady, we have home check this Friday and with a bit of luck can take her home on Saturday.........I'm so excited!! We have been to visit Lady quite a bit over christmas and introduced her to her new extended family. Will keep you updated. Clare & Mick
