Thank you, she is having surgery today *wibble*.

Taffy I looked forward to half term for so long and this week has ended up being a complete nightmare . On Monday, my lovely brother had a heart attack so I have been seeing him in hospital every day. He is on the mend and should be allowed out today. I am also wibbling about Toffee's surgery which is today .

Thank you I know he made your life hard but hugs for those around you who might need them Hope she is ok San It is a lovely day here, just going out for a dog walk with Darren and our little pink visitor . She is nearly three now, can't believe how the time has flown!

Jazz Michelle I have spent the evening filling in a job application - wish me luck! It's for a job that used to do twenty years ago and some of the people there are still the same, I can't decide if it is good to go back or not but we could do with the money!

Thanks for all the good wishes . Sadly when the lump was tested, the results came back that she has osteosarcoma in her jaw . We have been to see an oncologist today and the good news is that the cancer has not spread. But now poor Toffee is going to have a part of her jaw removed and then chemo . So please keep the good wishes coming

Where did the weekend go?

Jazz I am bogged down with work for college which I have left to the last minute as usual .

I would appreciate some good thoughts for Toffee please . She has got a lump on her gum that my vet doesn't like the look of so she is going in to have it removed tomorrow and it will be sent off to be investigated . She is a lovely little dog and does not deserve to have anything nasty wrong with her She has been groomed today but here are a couple of pics of her from last weekend And The Lump *wibble*

I loved reading Twilight, made me feel young again Griff My mum and dad came to visit today , they have not been for three months due to my dad breaking his thumb The dogs had missed them (even though dad doesn't like dogs ). We have been to the curry house this evening for one last splash out before we tighten our belts . Darren starts his new job on Monday .

I am waiting in for the delivery of school uniforms this morning It's a lovely day here so I am trying to get all my washing done and out to dry .

Where did August go?

At a wedding, you do want to see - People dressed up smart Pick'n'Mix including Haribo for wedding favours But what you don't, ever, ever, want to see is - Someone else wearing the same dress They didn't know each other and had a great laugh together having the photo taken, I was shouting "Are you the bridesmaids?" It is my mum and the groom's sister. There were only 50 people at the wedding so I guess the chances of two of them dressing the same were slim but it has to happen sometimes

The summer holidays are going too fast I haven't done half of what I was going to do yet (Mind you, one of the things was clean the inside of my windows an without the sun, the dirt doesn't show ).

Morning What puppy Alex? I want another cat but Darren keeps saying "No" . I am going to have lunch with my mum and dad today, they were driving me mad last night asking me what they should cook for lunch I usually just grab a sandwich or something but they like to have a hot meal at lunchtime I said they can cook whatever they want . Sad news about Amy Winehouse . I have been tidying up my downstairs this evening . Is it wrong that I invited people for lunch tomorrow just so that I would be motivated to do it?

Church Minister For anyone interested, he will be employed by Liverpool City Mission and will be the minister of http://www.mathesonevangelical.org.uk/. (He doesn't start until September but already made the church website Can you spot me? To make it easier, I am the one wearing a pink fleece ) I don't think I am a typical minister's wife but I can, at least, make cakes I know that not everyone here is religious but I really hope that you can be pleased for us anyway . It will mean quite a big lifestyle change and is the reason that I am retraining to try and get a proper job, I really want to help support the family if I can .
