Do you think Jay will be missed if she follows me!!! Not to say that I dont love Jess and Jack too, just probably a bit more loyal to their owners!!! Thankyou to Michele and Richard for looking after me and transporting me around, I've had a great time. Selina, I promise I will give you a ring this morning, don't know where the time went yesterday!!! I estimate I have another three weeks before I reach Lands End, not long!!! Those tootsies must keep moving!!!!

Just to let you know, Trish loves us so much she is staying another night. I just think it's an excuse to sleep with the lovely Jay again. She is walking again today and Richard is going to pick her up and fetch her vehicle and then she is off, nearing her trek across Dartmoor tomorrow.

Trish has just rung to confirm she will be with us late tomorrow afternoon. so she can have a nice comfy bed for the night. Oh and Jay my lab

Heard from Trish tonight she hopes to be with me by Friday this week.

I've spoken to Trish about when she comes my way, I am sure someone will do some transporting here too.

They were offered help with the cost of speying the bitch from the springer rescue concerned, but the offer was declined.

Today was the first time I was in the front line to collect these little chaps. A few weeks ago an idle chatter with a friend revealed that a local chap couldn't sell these pups and was going to give them away as was desperate to get rid of them. I let people know I'd take the lot. Didn't know how many there were mind you. I let them know about Springer rescue and things went very quiet, then out of the blue I had the phone call I could collect them. So I did this afternoon. the last couple of days has been frantic with arranging transport from me to foster homes, which also had to be sorted. How you rescue peeps do this every day i do not know I am shattered. I just didn't realise what went on in the back-ground and why rescue needs all the funds they can raise.

I would say its a wheaten cairn cross westie. My parents having had cairns for years, the cairns coat is coarser than a westie and that piccie shows the coat as quite soft.

Dear little chap, hope the vet visit goes well and good on your friends for taking in a little oldie.

I wanted something different to give to one of my ex-stable girls as a 21st birthday pressie and Karen on Lab Forums did this for me. All I had to do was send a piccie of the boys and a little about their characters and this is what she came up with. I am over the moon.

They fetched him this morning from the coast and he is called Joshua. Apparently very smart pony and is going to need some sorting out. But everyone has plenty of time to play about with him and work will be brought on slowly. They are going to email me some piccies. I just love naughty little ponies.

They have bought a little piebald shetland. They pick him up tomorrow.

My step daughter has just rung me and her babysitter is looking for either a loan or a sensibley priced little pony for her little girl. They already own a pony which mum rides as she is small. Helen, my stepdaughter is a horse owner and Equine Nutritionalist, so she wouldn't recommend anyone unless they were capable of looking after their ponies properly. They live in West Sussex.
