    Frosty and cold here but am hoping the sun is going to put in an appearance as I have just put my second load of washing out on the line

     

    Sam :GroupHug: get the tests done and see what the problem is then at least you know can hopefully deal with it. I get prickly heat on my hands and it's a PITA but not as bad as all what you have to live with. Hope you find an answer soon :GroupHug:

  3. What a lovely day - why am I starting a new job on Monday just as the nice weather is making an appearance :shrug: :rolleyes:

     

    Spent the day buying a new car (well newer than the car I have atm) :biggrin:

  4. i have been offered a job today that i didn't apply for but was put forward for :wacko:

     

    Wasn't looking for it but it fits in really well so I'm going for it!

    Start next Monday but going in tomorrow to meet the rest of the staff :unsure:

  5. Walnut Cookies

    Ingredients

    125g/5oz Wholegrain Spelt Flour

    1tsp Baking Powder

    50g/2oz Honey

    50g/2oz Sunflower Oil

    24 Walnuts

    Method

     

    1. Mix together the flour and baking powder.

    2. Add the honey & oil and bring together into a dough.

    3. Take teaspoons of the dough and roll them into balls placing them onto an oiled baking tray.

    4. Gently flatten the pieces of dough and press a walnut on top.

    5. Bake in a pre heated oven for 6/10 minutes.

     

     

    Oven Temperature

    190°C/Fan170°C/375°F/Gas 5

    j has been off school today due to sickness after spending the w/end being spoilt by grandparents who really should know better :mad:
