  1. just to add that Arron has been so good and is helping me work with Rosie even tho she bit him. He now doesn't run near her, calls her name as he approaches her so that she is aware that he is there and pats her and talks to her as he goes past and he does this every time. I think he just made her jump and her automatic reaction was to lunge and bite but that is a serious thing to deal with if there are kids around. Kids are always forgetting and running about so she needs to learn not to do that. I think the other people kept her muzzled most of the time as she has deep tracts in her fur each side of her face where a strap has obviously been. Poor girl. But she is now wagging her tail at Arron when he approaches her so we are moving forward. There is no need to move her Cindy, all my grandkids are dog savvy and do as they are told,we have just gone back a couple of steps but that often happens . We will sort it. She will learn that kids can be nice.x

Please tell Aron thank you very much for giving her a helping hand :flowers:

thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello there :wavey:

Not sure where you emailed to (or maybe the email got lost, this happens from time to time) but if you email me your details including a landline home telephone number I will give you a ring about our fostering scheme. Email address is [email protected]

Welcome to the world of Oldies

    Cindy :)

  4. I'm not too worried about the tent, but someone to hold on to Dolly who will want to be attached to me while I try and get the tent up, would be a help  :flowers:

Well don't ask me, remember what happened last time

For those who don't, I got dragged over the grass by a very determined Dolly and in the end I had to let go (no worries, it was safe) as I was on the other side of a gazeebo leg and snatch was pulling into the other direction

  5. Look at the difference  Can I just say that I am soooooooo pleased that you became a foster keeper with her, the best home possible for her :flowers: Her coat is now so shiny and she has the perfect weight and looks so content.

    Thank you so much

    Cindy

  6. The Oldies Club is my pet charity. Well done.

    Are those Elricc collars?

Yes they are. She has very kindly donated some collars and leads to the Oldies Club  :flowers:

Who's sitting next to Todd, Lynne?

That is Molly. Lynne was dog sitting her and as she is 13 we took her along for the day.

  7. Quick update - after just 1 frusimide tablet last night the difference this morning is amazing! Instead of a girl plodding around, which I had put down to loads of travel (yes Abby - to Wales to buy the new place) plus age (ok not 9 till July but still not a baby anymore) she loitered eating rabbit poo then raced to catch up, saw Ray in the distance and ran up to him with waggy tail etc etc etc....

:bigsmiley: Excellent news. What dosage is she on? Snatch is now on 40mg once a day and 2X200mg Corventol for the fluids and as you know is doing ok. :)
