  1. To be totally frank I think that there is little difference in many respects between Thatcher and Blair (though I do agree that Smith was a major and serious loss :err:) - they both proclaime(d) that 'love 'em ot hate 'em, you could not ignore them' and I'd agree with that .... but, Thatcher was *infamous* for not turning - Blair is still wriggling... IMO :)

  2. Hello Bailey  Been looking for ya matey  I picked him up from Tracey (Tilly1712) and took him down to William. He was excited, sure, but not stressed really - just being a springyspringer  Noticed his arthriticky type probs, and without wishing to 'teach my granny to suck eggs' as it were  wondered if you'd considered trying him with Green Lipped Mussel? Has worked wonders on my best mate's 11 y.o. springer, she's bounding around like a pup

So pleased to see him looking so happy - he stole more than a little piece of my heart, I can tell you :flowers:

  3. Erwine, you are the epitome of why so many do what they do, in whatever way they can, to try and help even just a little. Sometimes it is (or we think it is) a little, but it is all worthwhile - you would say that if you could. To the person that took you out of that shed, to the person that took you into a home, the one that bathed you, the one that loved you, even for such a short time... Every second was worthwhile and you are a testament to that.

God bless Erwine, and those that looked after you in whatever way they could.

You (and those like you) are what it's all about ...

  4. Ah, I expect my confusion arose as not all members were updated at the same time? There didn't seem to be much logic looking at a member joining on xx xx 06 with 100 posts being 'established' and another having joined in 2005 with 300 posts not being so

    Thank you for your explanation.

In respect of the rescue representatives, personally I would find it useful to know which rescue they represent - it is not always immediately apparent? Useful in as much as when volunteering for transport runs etc. one can appear quite dense when approached by someone you had no idea was actually connected with the rescue at all  This is a special kind of stupidity peculiar to me though, perhaps

  5. My name's Maggi, and I'm an alc............. oops, forgot where I was

I live in a small village in Worcestershire with OH, my beautiful BC Chance (just under 2yrs), Chester cat, tabby and white gentleman (about 11 yrs), Holly cat, tabby and white girlie and her brother Marty who is pure black and fluffy (they are around 3yrs). All are rescues. And I have a tame robin (called Robin) in my garden
