  1. Hi, Just need to tell the entire world how proud I am of my boy Monty For those of you who know him, or atleast know OF him, know that he's had his fair share of stardom - winning Most Handsome Dog at Discover Dogs 2 years in a row, appearing on Blue Peter, being on the radio, in local newspapers, and in a feature programme on BBC1. HOWEVER, he's not just all about beauty - my boy has proved himself to be very versatile indeed. We have been doing agility for just over 2 years, and his "agility season 2006" consisted of about 6 KC shows, as its totally new to me as well. We've had real issues with weaves, and consequently he only got 2 clear rounds in total last year. Over the winter we've spent lots of time working on the weaves, and he proved it this weekend. At WBSDS, our first KC show of 2007, after 10 painful months of no weaves in competition, Monty got 3 clears, 2 resulting in places. In his FIRST EVER RUN of the year, he got a 2nd place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then, the next day, he got a 6th!!!!!!! and another clear in an OPEN class!!!!!!! I am so chuffed - it has taken so much work to get this far, and its finally paying off. Cant wait for the rest of the season! Not bad for a rescue Montys Pages
  2. Hia, was I standing with you in the queue? I had a big blonde hairy dog... Montys Pages
  3. My goodness she looks SO much better. She'll be a stunner when shes lost the weight!! (not that shes not beautiful now...)
  4. Luckily I did that at the beginning of the walk so his attention span was still reaosnably good He didnt mind, he was more interested in watching a bird in the tree though (as you can see from the second to last pic :P) I wouldve taken more pics but on the second half of the walk 2 german shepherds fancied having Monty for lunch... Yes, it is a brilliant place to walk, thats only one of the places I take him to. The other set of woods thats local is Barossa, which is where all the Army men from Sandhurst Academy train, so again those woods are fantastic. We're quite lucky really considering we live in the middle of a town
  5. These are the woods I take Monty to for his afternoon walk, thought id share some pics of the snow
