Glad you have an appointment Jazz When Reading moved to the electronic system so much fell through gaps and allocated to wrong places it was a nightmare for the consultants as patients were turning up / or not on days that they were / werent in the system! I had a test for my heart booked but the letter I got and the booking in the system didn't match...they had to reschedule it, when they did although they went ahead with it the particular consultants appointment had all been allocated to another hospital....

I won't be going to the South of lanzarote...have they been North?! Sorry Alex, I am with Jazz I don't want it either, but sending healing wishes. It's sunny today and I got tricked by it, it is actually really cold! xxx Sounds amazing Jayne xxx

Happy birthday Jayne. Yay for natural light Jazz Bumbled round reading half yesterday, the first 2 miles were hellish (lactic acid build up from Saturday) the next 6 were great and the last 5 alternated between just about ok and no go! Been to see the osteopath, he was impressed (or surprised) I got round at all and has grounded me for two weeks from running. Boo, though it is bloody painful from where I landed on the stairs!! How are you on the meds griff? Sunny day here xxx

Which shows were you looking at griff, as there seems to be lots of Nike air's then something...like Nike air max 1 ultra jacquard...or Nike air max 1 ultra essentials... I am looking on the Nike store, clearance pages and just wondered what show it was you were looking at. What a day, I still work with numpties, but they are paying my bills. Just wish they wouldn't give me such a headache.... Out running with friends in a bit so hopefully that will help, though my coccyx is still painful from landing on it...we shall see how the run goes tonight 😄 You guys are definitely a sanity refuge and I really appreciate you all for being here and posting / reading which ever you chose xxx

Well blood test results are in, apparently they sent me a letter last week...surely a phone call would have been quicker to tell me I need to make an appointment...when prebooked appointments are for next Thursday PM... 8am call tomorrow for an on the day appointment...no doubt to be told it's nothing....

I slipped on the stairs on Friday and landed on my bum so I have a lovely bruised coccyx. Painful to sit at the desk yesterday and painful to walk today. I have slathered it in arnica cream. Typically I am running a half marathon on Sunday so could do with it easing off quickly! xxx

Morning, survived the pink dress day. It was a very lovely day and have managed to drop Ben at Stanstead and I'm nearly home now ready to crash as I am exhausted... Them got A friends birthday lunch and Mother's Day evening which I'm cooking At home let's hope I don't fall asleep in the middle of it all.... xxx

Fancy wearing a pink dress...tee hee hee that made me chuckle...no I am a bridesmaid...I chose the shoes and they are blue, I'm not sure I believe the people who told me blue and pink go, but then don't think anything goes with pink...although to be fair the dress is ok (if a touch tight round my thunder thighs) but it won't be worn again (well not by me...) Thanks for asking griff, still tired but sleeping a little better at the moment. Only waking once or twice in the night xxx

I am 5ft 1" and used to weigh less. Apparently there is nothing wrong with me...I am healthy that's why I keep the weight on! xxx

I couldn't believe it Griff, I asked if running two marathons in two days should have resulted in some weight loss and he could only reply that it was the sign of a healthy body!!! The weird thing is, is that my weight is 60.1kg at the moment...it is so bloody precise....

Griff had bloods done yesterday, but the doctor things it is from a virus I had at Christmas that hasn't cleared properly yet. But then he also told me that not being able to lose weight was the sign of a healthy body...so I don't hold out much hope for what he says either...and being wide awake at 3am, but exhausted at 7am is "just inconvenient" xxx
