I have a number of youngsters on my Facebook from the Youth leadership summits I volunteer at, try explaining to them in a gentle way that Britain First is not a great organisation to be supporting no matter what memes they post.

Jayne, I don't have problems with my knees, it's often the stabilising muscles for the kness that hurt rather than the knees. I have had two arthroscopys following a car accident years ago.
Ran over 19 miles today with a friend who is training for a marathon, she asked me yesterday for some company, so of course I said yes 😱 xx

Aw shame you don't like running Jayne! I would love to get some speed like that back in my legs following injury, but today I am doing an 18 mile run with a friend who is training for a marathon.
The problem with living in a first world country is that we primarily have first world problems. But I do agree some people on Facebook can be a tedious read, i have to unfollow people so I don't see their posts so often!
Glad they had a good run in memory Greys mum.

Stupid idiot man in flat's poor cat is on her third litter of kittens and she is our and about and still not neutered. He lied to Ben though as he asked how many they had and He said one, when they have four at the moment 😢
Not sure what I can do, but will one the cats protection on Monday. Idiot, he has made me really cross. Grrrr

MRI went well, thanks, hopefully the images will be sufficient...it was all good and I am so tired I nearly fell asleep, before they rudely brought me out of the tunnel!
Can you return summer please, it was lovely until today when it has gone cold, windy and grey 😢

Yea suzeanna they can be fixed depending on what has gone. My mums went and it was a trip switch in the loft. Ours goes and it is the heater element that becomes limescaled!!

Am off to Hungary tomorrow for the night followed by a day of workshops! The lady we are working with kindly looked up some restaurants for us to eat at...and confirmed that she didn't know much about vegetarians, but if I would eat fish then there were a couple of lovely examples!! She wants to book us a table...😱

Yes, Jayne Cocoa brings us one of his mice and then cries (like he does with a real one). It is very cute, when you remember that it's a toy not a real mouse he has!

Happy birthday to missed loved pets.
I have booked an appointment with a spinal specialist, he is actually a spinal surgeon but am hoping he will be able to give me some guidance as I have had problems with various parts of my spine from top to bottom since I was 15 and have seen therapists on and off since I was 16. I want to have a full, proper conversation with someone who can give suggestions as to what I can do to
improve it, rather than piece meal when I have problems. I am hoping he doesn't think I am wasting his time on Monday! But I would like to work towards avoiding surgery 😀
Friday has come round quickly, and June is approaching really fast...

I was on my own last night and didn't realise it was on so I left it on whilst doing other things . I just really didn't want Russia to win it and I really liked his song 😄.
Woke up at stupid o'clock and then ended up falling asleep again. I really hate that feeling of a wasted morning, but maybe I needed the sleep...again! xxx
