2nd August
Ran with a slower runner at club tonight so she could be part of the group
My friend slowed down and ran with us both so slower runner didn't feel a burden (she isn't it's perception)
Saved money on some internet stuff
It didn't rain on us when running, it was wet for most of the day though
Remembered to get.my prescription, well at least to ask Ben to get it

Yippee Jayne
You haven't been stupid, he has though. Very stupid. But some people can't cope when things are going well and try to destroy it. Well done to him for screwing things up.
Hope you are resting well Owl.
Suzeanna, is there a difference in integration of meds with the cream version of ibuprofen?
I have come to the conclusion I over share with Ben, as I like to tell him lots of things, like snippets of conversations with friends or things I have seen or done. He doesn't seem to share much back though and I have heard more in a few days from his cycling friends than him in months! I think I'll try keeping a diary instead now.

Thank you ladies for joining in.

Amazon next day delivery for ordering kitchen items I don't really need (but I do!)
A garden to sit in with some shade in the afternoon
My kitties with me, even though being black and long haired summer might be hard for them!

Hopefully this won't just be me posting, but I thought it would be nice to see what things show up each day that I can be grateful for. I do this with Ben when we aren't too tired and it does make me think of the day in a different way. We do 5 things per day so I will start with yesterday's
1. A safe drive home from France
2. Cocoa decided to come back to my Mums after shooting out the unlocked cat flap
3. Coming back to our home
4. Spending the day with Ben although we were in the car all day we didn't argue or disagree!
5. Seeing my Aunty who is over from South Africa

Massive hugs to those that need them.
You are all ao much stronger and more amazing than you will ever give yourself credit for. And so much bloody get up and go, no matter what life throws at you. You inspire me to be a better person and for that I am very grateful.
Owl is right, the negative stuff is remembered far more than the positive stuff. I set you the challenge of remembering the good stuff and what you have done. Even the small things that you think no one noticed!!

Griff, that's definitely not on. I came on to say, I take it back relationships can be bloody annoying too. Send him my way, Ben Is annoying me at the moment and it is too hot to run so I have a lot of frustration to vent!
Home time tomorrow, whilst I love seeing his Mom I am not a sit round the pool kinda girl. I am trying to entertain myself but it's harder when you know there are things you could be doing at home! Oh and my MacBook Air had decided to not charge and is running really slowly so I am left with my phone which is not useful for the work I want to do.
But these are all minor things compared to what's happening elsewhere!!
I need to get a trainer Jayne, you have motivated me to get in shape again!

He sounds a little confused!! But then who of us isn't at some point.
I have just been tired out by the local farm dog. I don't think he wanted to go home so took me on a merry goose chase! 6 miles later we got back, I'd planned on running 3 miles. His owners were out looking for him, luckily he was resting by the barn so hopefully they don't realise he'd kidnapped me or I would have to improve my French fast. 😴

Griff if you like him, don't play games grab the bull by the horns and go for it! Honestly life is more fun having a laugh than wasting time trying to play it cool!! xxx
Positive news, I have just been out for lunch with a few older couples. By that I mean in their 70's all married 50plus years apart from my MIL who sadly lost her husband a few years ago. All happily married and loving life even though illnesses are creating in and trying to thwart them. Doesn't mean you need / have to be married but there are happy couples and singles out there. Sometimes couples don't need to talk, they just enjoy each other company. However, I see the otherwise as my mom is very happy on her own and wouldn't ever consider dating again, and that works too.
It's sunny in France and I have caught too much sun today...oops!!

Are they going outside Jazz?
I am another in the litter liner is a bad idea!
I think I am a bad mummy, our cats go out, ee have one hooded litter tray and it's rather near their food! They only use it in desperation as they prefer our garden!!
Have I missed photos of the cats?
I am in a youth hostel at kings cross so I can catch a train to Lyon in the morning. I thought it would be easier than staying at my sister. I was wrong. Very wrong. I like a room on my own, I know this so why am I sharing a room with 5 Japanese strangers...who are all doing god knows what when I really need to be sleeping!!

Not caught up lovely people. Sorry for not being around.
Today we said goodbye to Butter. My baby boy is now at peace and my heart is shattered into a million pieces. I know I will recover but it will take time. A love built over 14 years doesn't end over night 💖🐾💖
I will spend some time catching up what everyone has been up to. I can't believe it is already October. Roll on 2017, just please don't be as s*** as 2016 plead xxx
