Lots of good thoughts for Max (and for you)
-
It must be wonderful to have her back with you. She's lovely
-
Beautiful dogs in the snow - I can't imagine anything better
-
Oh no, what a blasted nuisance. I've heard this rather a lot about M&S insurance recently - both that they are rubbish setting up policies and also very slow paying.
I had been thinking of changing my younger dogs over to them as they are slightly cheaper, but I now think I'll stick with PetPlan who have always been extremely efficient - I had Sophie's paperwork through within a couple of days and I've never had to wait more than a week for payment.
Poor Az, though, I hope he's OK At least it isn't (hopefully) something long-term or that will need more treatment, it would be a disaster to suddenly find you aren't insured in those circumstances.

Lots of positive thoughts coming from here
What a beautiful baby, he just HAS to get through this
-
1-2-3 coming ready or not
Brilliant caption, I'm afraid I'm going to have to nick that one
-
Happy birthday and gotcha day Zara! You are a beautiful girl

I was trying (and failing) to get some better pictures of Sophie earlier. I know Meg hates the camera, so I thought she'd taken herself off into another room when I started taking pics, but I've just spotted where she really got to
Poor Meg, I must stop bringing the evil flashy thing out when she's around.
(You may also be able to spot Taz in there, or at least a bit of him )

Blimey, I know puppies can change but that's amazing He's very gorgeous, though
A beardie/terrier mix - hmmmm, sounds like fun
-
I have taken the batteries out. I think we have tired him out
Now that's my kind of puppy
-
Poor lass, she must be so uncomfortable like that. I'm struggling trying to get Musky's weight down, but she makes him look quite sleek.
I'm sure with the right care we'll soon see a much healthier slimmer lady
-
Oh no, I'm so sorry Poor mite, but I'm glad she knew what love, warmth and care were at the end and didn't starve alone in that house.
Have fun at the bridge, lil' one

Despite the fact my house seems to have somehow filled up with various sized lurchers and big hairy things, greyhounds are still my favourite breed.
I'm ashamed to say when I got my first greyhound (1989?), I thought of them as strange-looking, long skinny things. I liked everything I'd heard about their temperament, and wanted to take one because there seemed to be so many needing homes but I didn't find their appearance attractive at all. I think it took me about an hour in the company of my first grey to realise how elegant, graceful and totally beautiful they are, and I've been nuts about them ever since.
I love whippets too, though I've never owned a pure whippet. I have two whippy crosses, so that kind of adds up to a whole one.

OMG, he's gorgeous
Love the picture of him asleep hanging out of the bed

Oh Ange, I'm so sorry
Sweetie's had the very best gift you could possibly give - love and care in her old age. I'll be raising a glass to the fantastic life she's had with you and all she's given in return
Run free, lovely Sweetie
-
Lovely to see the Doodle Dogs having fun. They are as gorgeous as ever
-
I wish I had any kind of answer
-
She is very gorgeous, if a little 'over loved' in the food department
She can join Musky on his diet
Looking forward to lots more pics.
-
Hard to be sure, but looks like ringworm to me.
-
I am so very sorry
Sweet dreams, darling
-
I think it all depends on how much you both want to be together and whether you feel it is worth changing or compromising. How would you feel (truthfully) if she objected to you drinking and smoking and asked you not to do it?
-
Hiya Frances
Does this mean we are going to see some pictures of Milly and Sisco (at last )?
Good to see you back here
