Well she been getting meds now for few days and she not looking any better have to take her back next week see what they think now poor meggie moo she really going through it at moment xxx just thought would keep u up to date.

Thanks peeps I never slept last night just stayed up snuggling up to her after I lifted the lump onto bed lol xx have to take her next week if meds not work so glad it's nothing severe at moment x

Hi everyone it good news she got severe infection under eyeball very swollen so eye drops and pain killers back in week see if it's gone down if not then further tests she can see out of it but only a little and has cataract in other eye but they said for her age she is in good health and they fell in love with her (like I gonna let them keep her) ;) And a HUGE thank you for all your help and advice and positive thoughts for meggie moo just hope this works n she her normal happy go lucky self xx

I was furious this morning vet apt not till tomorrow stupid woman done wrong day and Sophie I was thinking horners syndrome and thanks for all your positive thoughts she vets 9:40am fingers crossed get her help she needs one thing Sophie is it painfull? I hate the thought of her in pain o I feel sick lol xx promise to update tomorrow after vets x

hi i. wondering if anyone on here can help my poor staffie girls eye has gone strange. It looks like she is looking up all time just one eye but as staffies have pertruding eyes when i looked at hers its not its flat her other eye is normal possition and size im worried she going vets tomorrow couldnt get in today she is 13 in march any advice or help would be appreciated i know i havent been on for while but. had to come ask. thanks in advance

Well they want her on the medication for another week so friday we go back again.. more meds to take and wait n see what is going on.. not really happy with that but needs must i suppose thanks for everyones messages

Aww bless him feeling sorry for himself bless..Megan is 11yr old she is looking old now too so i getting a bit worried if she has the energy to keep going fingers crosssed couldnt cope loosing her xx

Hi everyone i have been a memeber on here for a while read threads and helped if i could.. i am wondering if someone out there could help me. Megan not been well for about a week took her vets gave her anti sickness injection and anti biotic injection. came home and had to take her back again on Thursday as she was still being sick lethargic and just not right not herself couldnt explain what it was but just something niggling me... they took bloods and phoned me yesterday saying her liver enzimes are high i know this is nothing to just shrug off i am worried anyone out there anything i can do to make her comfortable she at vets tomorrow i just worried she just my baby girlie

Amber was pts on friday she had not been poorly but in last 3 days she could not walk. dad rushed her to vets and they told him there was nothing that could be done for her. as if my dad really needed to lose another dog (kato is missing since 3rd Jan) he phoned me to let me know she died at 11:45am on friday. I am so devastated and really feel for my dad Run free amber

Hi all.. well i went home this weekend to my dads we postered up and got in our cars.. have postered in area's no where near my dads just incase and have postered all the area he went missing from.. in all the little alleys around the area. bus shelters in town everything. My dad is heartbroken he not found him now. but we have to keep going .. fingers crossed i have managed to poster somewhere close if anyone has found him and taken him home with them. just have to keep positive. thanks for all your hugs and that they are needed

Hi we have done that.. there is 3 schools close by to where dad lives and he has had a friend contact the schools there is posters in the schools with all details on. I know peeps will say keep your chin up and what ever but i am really starting to find it hard to chat to dad about him cos i am fading hopes to tell dad would break his heart i am trying but really finding it hard at the moment. We won't ever give up looking for him and postering but i have to admit i am loosing the possitive feeling without giving up hope if you know what i mean sorry if this annoys anyone but just had to say this cheers Nikki

Hi Finty cheers for that hun i will contact the outter area's tomorrow to be truthful i have been so focused on finding Kato i never thought about that fact. but cheers in advance maybe we could be lucky and find him then.. we have had local radio's continue to request help they are being fab and understanding. but dad is still postering and phonin dog warden and kennels and we are still keeping fingers crossed will post again tomorrow with any news cheers nikki

Hi owl no the police never give any info at all apart from they don't handle them and only the dog warden takes them on weekdays only. Kato has been missing 2 weeks tomorrow :mecry: and no matter how many posters or media plea's we have done there does not seem to be any sightings of him anywhere. My dad is still struggling to come to terms with loosing him and he feels he has let him down i know he hasn't his life revolves around his dogs on a daily basis. they have been his rock since we lost mum. I feel so guilty as i have not been able to do as much as i want and now having measles is really not helping. we will not stop postering for kato's safe return and won't give up on the fact he could turn up at any time or info could come in that helps us again. thanks everyone for your support and thoughts and idea's we really do apreciate it. If you have any spare possitive thoughts left could you send some to my dad think he really needs it at the moment. cheers nikki

Hi everyone.. I phoned dad earlier and told him what has been said on here about where to poster. he has done garages cos there a few further down road to where Kato was lost. His friend works in the local paper shop and has put one in there today none of us thought of it so thankyou very much for that one.. another lost advert going into local paper with a picture of him just to help we hope.. they have put one in local clubs and pubs just on the off chance someone has picked him up. the police in middlesbrough have told dad they have nothing to do with stray dogs.. they tell people if they can't keep hold till Monday when warden comes on duty then let them go. :unsure: But will keep posting to let everyone know how things are going. but please possitive thoughts Nikki

Hi everyone thought i would update here as i am updating every where else i have posted him missing. We still have no information on Kato's where abouts . No sightings no nothing. we have ppl everywhere helping by keeping eyes peeled. posters being put up where they have disapeared in the area he went missing. security guards in the area are aware of Kato's disapearance. Local radio. papers. Even the posters on bus's are not helping. Its day 10 of Kato's total disapearance and we are growing more concerned for him as the days go by. Dad still driving around in hope to spot him.. still walking for hours in the area and the surrounding area's at least 3 hours a night. and more than he will admit to on a day time.. he knows i am concerned about him, People walking dogs in the same area are checking too we are just clinging to the hope someone has picked him up and taken him home and will eventually contact the dog warden or police or see one of the posters and contact either my dad or myself and we can have a happy ending to this horrible situation, please keep your possitive thoughts coming im sure my dad could do with them cheers for reading nikki

Hi yeah we done the poster drop on the buisness's that are there. The hole in door was not what we had hoped for it is a nightmare. My sis called me this afternoon to tell me there was a dog in paper as found and i phoned them straight away and it wasn't Kato was similar by the sounds of the woman but was wrong sex lol.. my heart was in my mouth until she said it was a girl. we have stuck more posters up in the area. i say we my dad and sis have. and they took a couple more to the bus depot so they can stick a few more up for us. I am going round the bend here. lol but dad has missed a call from a with held number this afternoon. but did not realise until later on when he checked if i had rang him. so hoping that when he calls tomororw it will have been them with some good news. well everyone please keep possitive thoughts coming cheers Nikki

Hi just a quick note.. I have got the free papers running an ad for us.. we have spoken to the police and they do not hold dogs at the police station any more which beggars belief really if you find a dog over the weekend they say either take it home or set it free. so that is bothering me incase someone has picked poor Kato up and cos of the police's remarks have set him free somewhere else. We have permission to put his poster up on a couple of bus's so my sis photo copied the ones she had and gave them to the bus station manager he is going to put them up personally.(he has dogs so is sympathetic ) My dad is still walking round the area he went missing. We did recieve a phonecall yesterday from the dog warden regarding a dog he just picked up. matched Kato's discription but was female.. my poor dad answered the call and he said his heart raced then the horrible feelings returned once the sex was mentioned.. My dad is still postering as is my sister and nephew. dad has one in his rear window and my best mate up in middlesbrough also has one in their car window. We speak to the dog warden at least once a day. Dad double checked that the kennels we are speaking to are the only onces the dog warden takes strays to... it is, I phoned the rspca yesteray again just to double check they have his details. I honestly don't know which ones i have called so am just going through all the numbers i have.. now marking them to let me know when i call them.. We have called all the dog rescue centres in the area and out of the area. There is a gap in one of the doorways that dad has noticed. the security guard has given dad the number of the company that own it so dad is calling today to see if they will come and let him look inside. so fingers crossed they will and Kato is there. dad left food there last night. been this am and its all gone.but we can't be definite that it is Kato cos there are foxes ect that could have eaten it. If there is any news once dad has checked i will let you all know. I am sat here hoping he phones to tell me Kato is back home cheers for all your idea's and please keep them coming and please keep your fingers crossed this will be the lead we needed all week nikki

hi everyone thought i would post this there is no news on kato. . the dog warden and the local kennels now have a picture of Kato.. am running a lost notice in the local paper. the radio stations put out the plea for him yesterday dad heard it was out in car going up to where kato went missing he phoned to see if i had done it bless him. But we are runnin out of options to keep the spotlight on Kato so we can hopefully get him back safe and sound. Its becoming hard for my dad to keep positive thoughts running through his head. i can understand where he comin from but he has said he will not give up until he finds him no matter what. but hopefully someone has picked him up but not phoned dog warden or police. That is about the only thing we have to pray for. My sister is goin to the local bus depot later today to see if we can put the posters on a few bus's cos we honestly can't think of anything we have not done to make ppl aware of Kato. anyways peeps positive thoughts needed :mecry: cheers Nikki

Well my dad went up to the kennels again today and Kato is not there but has given them a better picture of him now they have a really updated picture (glad i take em of the dogs at xmas) so he has also handed a picture to the dog warden But we have not had any sightings of him which is giving us cause for concern :mecry: .I also posted on his freecycle cafe today thanks to Kazz's good idea again cheers hun.. sometimes can't see the woods from the trees if you know what i mean Possitive thoughts needed fugies
