ReikiAnge
An unusual but very worthwhile listing, this rocking horse was very kindly donated to the Oldies Club for fundraising purposes The Oldies Club has decided to offer the rocking horse as an auction item with a difference – it will, following the auction, be donated to the Sapphire Children's Ward at the Royal Gwent Hospital in Wales The Sapphire Ward cares for children aged 0 to 11, mainly 3-11 years - and, having spoken to the ward, they will be very pleased to accept the horse for use by those children in their care As a thank you to the winning bidder, their name will be engraved on a plaque (with the cost to be covered by an OC committee member) to be attached to the rocking horse before it is delivered to the Sapphire Children's Ward The rocking horse is 49" long and 38" high to the ears and is described as ... Traditional hand crafted solid heavy wooden rocking horse. This beautiful handcrafted rocking horse will give your toddlers years of pleasure and is built strong enough to probably hand down to the next generation. In excellent condition and recently refurbished. Leather bridle, metal stirrups which are adjustable. A beautiful toy and a future family heirloom. Please bid generously for this opportunity to help raise funds for the Oldies Club and Dogstar Foundation, while knowing that the rocking horse will be going to a very good home at the children's ward I will donate a box of chocolates to the winning bidder by way of a thank you NB: the winning bidder will not receive the rocking horse, but I bet they will have a very nice warm feeling inside them
