  1. Hi all we are having a dogshow on the 7th of September all proceeds going to Dogstar Foundation, my favouite charity smile.gif we need some easyish questions to ask the audience whilst the judges are doing there thang, the correct answer gets a sweet and a dog biscuit, so help please! Any question and answers for us, not too hard bearing in mind the kids like to answer with help of course, thanks in advance xx

  2. Oh thank you Sam!!!! I couldn't do it! The very smiley girl in the stripy dress is my gorgeous niece Lauren, I introduced Lauren to the books and films when she was a tot, I used to read them to her, I love the fact that my 24 year old nieces heroine is an 82 year old lady :) I even called my British Blue cat Elsa. I didn't get any pics of me with Virginia McKenna, I didn't want to bug her and thought it was more important that Lauren was in the pics :)

  3. Mum has 5 more sessions to go :) so far so good, it has been a breeze, the people at St Barts have been lovely to her, she goes in they say morning Margaret take a seat, her bum hits the chair and they call her in :) she is early everyday, she is never late for anything, so usually she is on the train going home before her appointment time has started, wonderful ;)

  4. Just another little update on our mum. She saw the oncologist today, its very good news. The cancer hasn't spread anywhere, they have caught it very early and are very pleased :) She has to have radiotherapy in the New Year for 3 weeks everyday, but no chemo! Yippee!! Thanks for all your kindness and words of support and personal messages :) You have all helped me by letting me offload, thanks xxx

  5. Well mum had the lump removed yesterday, nothing was found in her lymph nodes, but they have sent a sample to the pathologists to be on the safe side :) she was operated on last so had to stay in last night, but she came out this morning :) she can't do any housework for 6 weeks and has to see the consultant in 2 weeks time to discuss treatment. So all in all its sounding pretty good!
