  1. Hi everyone

Please can you send some Reiki to Bear, Sarah's (Muckyhen) gorgeous collie. He's got a poorly nose and back legs and Sarah's very worried about him.

He's my favourite collie in the whole world

    Thank you

  2. Well said Kathy :flowers:

However, I genuinely cannot afford to spare even £5 at the moment as things here are so very tight financially, which is why I try to help with the googling and wherever else I can and I may be able to help a little more with the fundraising side of things once this blinkin' auction is done and dusted

What she said :) More than willing to promote the cause with Moses

  3. Lizzie's Barn is an amazing place and Fionna and her family do a fantastic job.

The change in the dogs from when they enter the Barn to when they leave is astounding. :o When I first met Badger I thought he was a stayer - how Fi proved me wrong :) :)

There's also Connor who has a pancreatic disorder which requires regular medication costing about £12 a week, plus a special diet. With the medication he is fit and well.

  4. We had this with Moses. One night while we were staying at Sarah's he woke me up with the noise he was making scratching his ear. We managed to calm him down and put in some ear drops. He was ok then for a day or so and then it came back with a vengenance. His ear was nearly bleeding it was so sore.

We took him to the vets who prescribed him antibiotic ear drops along with an anti inflammatory.

I'd take Dillon to the vets if I were you Vivien, just to be on the safe side. Moses too was really hot which made us think it might be an infection but he wasn't off his food at all. No other symptoms apart from his ear being really sore.

  5. My working cocker/collie X puppy, Gypsy is 9 months old and barks incessantly when she's outside. We've had her since she was 8 weeks old and she's getting worse!

I know that it's excitement but it drives us mad!!

We've tried putting her out in the garden on her own without the other dogs but it's not always practical and we feel mean. We've also tried letting her out first and then the others and the opposite way round.

We've had advice to bang steel bowls once she starts but she ignores them, we've squirted her with a water pistol but she likes that! We've tried ignoring her when noisy and praising when quiet. We've told her to be quiet but nothing works.

She wants to tell the world how much fun life is and how happy she is to be alive!!

    Can anyone please help? :)

  6. Can anyone tell me why my Tricolour Cav Ricky has got grey fur on his ears? I've brushed and washed him today and thinned out some of his fur and it's grey underneath the black fur on his ears!

My black and tan Cav Jim is much older than Ricky and he doesn't have it
