I walked out as I wanted to get to the bank to get a cheque which I had already promised the Audi main dealer, to be there for 4.30pm. This was 3.45pm. my father pulled the buch of keys out of the ignition and refused to hand them back and was laughing like it was the biggest joke. I walked home and met my kids on the way who had house keys, in the meantime my father had broken the main key remote thing when he pulled it from the ignition. I got a spare walked back got my car, got a cheque and delivered it. My mum had to bring my keys back to me as I had threatened to call the police if I did not get them back. My house is going on the market today and we are leaving, I never want to see or speak to my father again

He was admitted into a hospice on thursday and passed peacefully two hours after she said her goodbyes We also had a pre-arranged 13 th birthday party to go to - so we all went and showed a bunch of kids how to do air guitar All in all it was a sad weekend, but it made both of us realise how important it is to have good friends around in a time of crisis and the fact that in 11 years of knowing each other we have never had a cross word

Even though the court case was shite at least all other parts of my life are really good, and I have a shoulder to cry on which probably means more to me than anything else at the moment. I can appeal but that is costly and lengthy. This has taken up most of my life for a year or more and I can't let that continue. Trading Standards are doing their own prosecution in which he will be certain 99.9% to get a criminal record. It does help me financially but it will damage him
