  1. Exhausted from here, 17 labradors to rehome all from one home, 48 hours of continuous phone calls, turned up to collect and ended up with only 6, god knows where the others have gone

Very scared sad boys but we will sort them and I dearly hope that the others are safe

  2. For my birthday on Thursday I have invited my ex daughter-in-law's sister and her children over for lunch since she has not been able to see my grandchildren for over 6 months since their mother ran off with them. So besides that I am at a total loss as to what to do for lunch

I don't want to spend all morning cooking and having lost the plot as to what children eat am struggling

There will be 3 adults, and children of the ages, 6 years, 5 years, 7 years and 13 years.

    All advice gratefully received

  3. Ipad

It is brilliant, I am an avid reader, and also have to wear glasses to read. The Ipad the font goes up so large I don't need my glasses. I have downloaded the amazon kindle software so can get books from kindle, also have ibooks (not so much choice yet) and also get my audible account on it so have that as well. After being on holiday this week its been fab, no more lugging loads of books with me, I have internet on it, email, books and audible books......... its fab

  4. Hello :wavey: long time no see :)

I am just back from a lovely holiday - a week with my Daddy in North wales, went to fantastic beaches, Toby and Beenz are absolutely knackered. Realised after the second night that I was sleeping in the room that Mum died in (I'd never asked which room it was) I don't have many beliefs in after life etc, but without doubt I felt her presence every night and it was so loving and comforting.

Hope you are all okay, I've not been around much, will try better in the future

  5. Hello :wavey:

I seem to have lost my way, I havn't posted for ages and its difficult to get back to doing it somehow

My niece gave birth last night to a little girl only 3lb 9oz but all is okay shes in an incubator but all signs are good.

Its Toblies 9th birthday today, how the years have flown by, he came to us when he was 11 months old a nightmare bouncy know no bounds lab, whose recall was nill. He's still a bouncy know no bounds boy but at least his recall is good

Looking forward to watching F1 tomorrow but disappointed that Button is so far back on the grid :(

We have fox cubs visiting the building site next door and Beenzie id doing a very good neighbourhood watch lying on the balcony and telling me every time they arrive

Errmm I guess thats many RMF's in one go, just trying to catch up

  6. Evening :wavey:

Not been about much but big :GroupHug: s to those with problems, sadness and friends in need.

Nought on the TV tonight I feel an early night coming on  Although after debating the new doctor who writer last week, I feel that tonight he is maybe coming up with a twist

Went for a lovely walk on the common this afternoon with the boys and just might have popped by one of my favourite clothes shops on the way home and have bought a new outfit to wear at my Sister in Laws 40th birthday party tomorrow lunchtime  Surprising how much money you can spend going out for a dog walk

  7. I've been of the opinion for several books now that eventually she'll end up with Sam  He loves her, she loves him but not in that way (well almost) and she could have the ordinary, happy family life she craves. Whilst she's with Eric both hers and Erics lives are at risk and I think there'll come a time when she'll decide it's not worth the bother anymore.

I luv's Sookie  and Eric of course but since he's taken I'll stick with Bill

I have just finished book number 10  Cheryl where would you like me to send it on to

Only tomorrow morning to work then 2 whole days off

  8. I love Doctor Who, but I loved the first episode of the new one but am not sure about the second :(

I am really really sorry I've been lurking but not posting and I apologise to my dear friends on here :flowers: I've got very major problems with my grandchildrens' evil mother and where she is taking them at the mo so I'm a bit distracted. Normal posting I am sure will occur shortly  :GroupHug: 's to you all

  9. As much as I loved David Tennant, the new guy seems okay

I wish the election would come and go I am so fed up of my politics obsessed husband going on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on
