Melp your situation sounds the same as mine. I don't mind if I don't shrink weight wise. I just want to have more muscle and less fat.
A year ago I was 8st 1lb and had body fat of 19%. Then I grew a bit to 9st (57kg) and body fat nearer 30% (not healthy). This happened when I got very busy at work, started eating rubbish, particularly late at night and stopped making time to do any exercise)
I am about 8st 9lbs now (55kg) - dunno what my body fat is because I don't have the right kind of scales here at home.
I need to do exercise. Had plans for gym on a Thursday, ice skating lesson on a Monday and running at the weekends. Can't start any of it now that I have bad back.. so I am sitting in the house, trying not to eat too much, whilst reading books about running and ice skating.
