  1. Thanks for your replies :)

I guess I'll just have to live with it and keep my fingers crossed that my neighbours don't complain.

Pity I can't teach them to howl in tune to the ice cream van, I could enter them for Britains got talent

  2. Roo, Staffie, will be 7yrs in June

Tia,Staffie x Border Terrier, will be 6 in July

Sophie, Springer Spaniel x Border Collie, was 1 in April 08

At approx 4 months old Sophie started to howl when she heard the ice cream van, previous to this Roo and Tia never reacted to it at all but now they join in and the noise is horrendous

I tried to distract them using toys and treats and though it works well while I'm at home and in the same room, if I'm upstairs/in bathroom, they start and apparently when I'm out and the ice cream van comes the noise from my dogs can be heard from the bottom of the street :( and Roo is now the instigator not Sophie.

    Any advice is welcome

    Thanks

  3. Hi everyone,

I'm not exactly new to here as I used to come on as Saffron but after many months of no pc when I tried to log back in I couldn't, just kept getting a message saying either user name or password was wrong  but never mind.

I have 3 children and a mad house full of animals, 3 dogs, 5 cats, 2 rabbits, a chinchilla and a hamster.

I'll try to put pictures on of my lot in the next couple of days but I can't promise anything as I'm a bit fick when it come to computers
