Poppy got 3 clear rounds at the Ramsey show... although one technically doesnt count as she had time faults!
She also got two seconds, a third and a fourth in the starters classes. I was very pleased with her. She concentrated much better than she has for a long while now!

didnt post my brag in here... i must have forgotten!
I got another clear round on Sat!. Thats make it my third now. I got my first in the Isle of Man, one at It Barks and then I got one at Barrow on Sunday!
It was slow cos I called her back before the weave and did contacts slowly to make sure she got them, but it was clear and within the course time! Pity it was a noc grad course cos it doesnt count for my points in my book!
I was soo pleased with her i made a big fuss and then accidently trod on her foot!!!! i hope she doesnt remember that!

See - I told you going to the IOM was risky.
3rd isn't far off 1st and a win out of Starters forever.
You do realise you're out of Elementary now, don't you?
You'll have to be careful at Ramsey.
im really happy with how she did, and yep i do realise im out of elementary... but i aint bothered... Poppy and I can handle it.
wouldnt really call the IOM risky... i thought it was a lovely friendly show and it did great things for mine and poppys confidence.

I got my first ever clear round on Sunday at the Isle of Man in Open Jumping! The handling was awful but we wont talk about that! haha
Also got a 6th in starters jumping and a 3rd in starters agility at the Isle of Man!
Very very happy with Poppy!!

Poppy and I have a brag!
We had our first comp today and we survived! We got one elimination, one 10 faults and one 15 faults.
Poppy is getting spoilt right now and im nice and happy with how we did!

I want to teach Poppy to walk backwards through my legs but am not having much success at all!!

Frosts getting better at it... once he has got what i want him to do he carries on without the hand signals... which means less bending or less using the target stick whcih is good

hmmmm... not seen one of those before... think i prefer my "normal" one!

go for it helen! clicker training is the best thing i ever discovered to train my dogs! it really does work!! i always say Moss is stupid, but he isnt really... ive never clicker trained him... just pops and frost... but Moss has worked out what the clicker is for all by himself!
so there is hope for Meg yet! hehe
