a bland diet might be best to settle his tummy . chicken and rice is what i give to mine if they have tummy troubles but usually i have found that if its actually a reaction to something they ate as a one off as soon as that meal has passed thru they dont have the runs anymore if that makes sense. most important to make sure he has water tho because they can dehydrate if they have diorreah for a long time.

I dont know olga , could you ring your vets and mention it see if they thinks its an important thing ?

ive not used them myself but i know a lot of people who have and they all think they are great ecofreindly economic and easy once you get the knack.

Hi thumbelina is doing so much better now , i think (crosses fingers) that she may be stable now . she has gained weight now 43 gms .
I didnt want to post too soon as i didnt want to curse myself (again) lol
But thank you so much for all the help , we are going thru a scarey moment at the minute as she needs to be weaned on to solids and eating from a bowl herself. this is a bit nerve wracking . please keep us in your thoughts xxxx thanks

just a quick update on theumbelina . I dont know if anyone saw the post and sent reiki but we certainly got a miracle . she was literally at deaths door when i posted and although still seriously ill and at risk, she has started to rally she regained the weight lost . and is now eating again every hour . we are off to the specialist vets soon as i think she is probably strong enough to make the journey now . so if u sent reiki to us THANK YOU SO MUCH and please keep sending we are so greatfull xxxxxxxx

she is in dire straits tonight and its very possible i will lose her . i am so upset .her name is thumbelina and she is getting dehydrated as she has a kidney problem , possibly an infection .

Fifi has been missing since the 25th of january she went missing from wyboston in bedfordshire . can everyone please keep an eye out for her . she is white with a patch over the right side of her face and right ear her left ear is also brindle coloured.
can those people who visit the pounds and rescue centers across the country also please keep her in mind as lots of these dogs seem to end up there.
